My sister passed unexpectedly. It was very difficult for us. Nobody ever told us there that they were sorry for our loss. We had her cremated & when we went to pick her up once again nobody said anything, except "sign here" . In fact a man who apparently worked there had his feet on a desk when we signed the paper to pick up her ashes. That just seemed very disrespectful & unprofessional, to us. We couldn't recommend them.

Beware!!! These people do not handle with care!! My loved one was brought to this location by the Coroner. We were told to meet with the Coroner at 9am. When we arrived a random gentleman who was an employee sat us out in the entry way with no privacy spoke to us about the way my loved one was found and many other personal facts. Was very rude in the way he communicated and let another young girl who I guess was an employee (we were never officially introduced), However she had no problem being apart of the sensitive conversation, and showed no remorse or care as well. They offered little compassion or concern. They also never offered a business card so that we who were very grieving could give this information to the funeral home we were actually intending to use. These people are very unprofessional and uncaring!!! RUN!!!! IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FUNERAL HOME!!!!!

Aaron and his staff are always caring, compassionate, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They have helped us lay to rest several family members over the years. It is nice to have someone you can trust. You know that your loved one is treated with dignity and respect. They have always went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly like we wanted it to be. I highly recommend using Ellison Memorial funeral home.
