My uncle died yesterday, and I went with my aunt to this Cremation Service expecting them to try to soak a grieving widow. That was not what happened at all, they were very kind, loving people, with good prices, the whole price was $1958.00 for the cremation, a death certificate, 2 certified letters, and taxes and I for one was shocked at how reasonable the price was. Keith the director was a very kind man, professional but empathetic and he knew what we were going through, It is hard sometimes to really know who to trust when it comes to such a private matter. It was a good experience for us, I found out that you can prepay for your own cremation and even if the price goes up your loved ones will not be expected to pay more for a cremation in the future.

This place is by far the worst place ever. My mom passed away in hospice care, the hospice nurse contacted this place. The very first phone call from Rita, she was very insensitive, wanting us to come in the literally 6 hrs after they picked up the body to make arrangements and told us if we waited more than one day we would start being charged for them to keep the body. We met with them Friday as instructed by Rita once again the pricing was different than what was advertised, we made the plans afterwards we decided to move the body where they then charged us 1200$ and talk down on the funeral home company we decided to go with. They then sent a bill to my mom’s husband for 175$ after we paid 1200$ when he asked Rita what was that charge for she told him it wasn’t his concern because the other funeral home paid. No sympathy very money hungry and not even good with the body. As far as what they did to my mom’s body won’t even go into that but just know it was not good. Just know this is not over by any means. My brother in law passed a week ago. I couldn't have asked for more caring people that came to the house. They were so respectful, kind and gentle with my sister. They treated my brother in law with care and respect. Thank you so very much!
