Walley Mills and Zimmerman have taken care of my family for 40 years. Bill Zimmerman is the definition of professionalism. We had my brother's service today and from the notification to pick the body up out of town, to Tara planning the service with us, to Bill carrying out the scheduled service today we could not have asked for more. Their team is the best and we could not be happier with my brother's service.

After my father passed we filled out the paperwork with Tara removing moms phone number. giving a new number on who will be picking up dads ashes. I called today, Tuesday, asking when we could pick up dad's ashes only to be told he is not ready after a week. 2 hours later my mother receives a call saying dad's ready. Why did we fill out paperwork removing her numbering if it doesn't matter what we wanted? During a time like this you would expect all the I and t would be crossed. This was very unprofessional considering the circumstances as she is still grieving lost of her husband of 61 years.

On Christmas Eve, my father passed away at the age of 93. My dad chose Wally Mills Zimmerman to be in charge of his funeral arrangements when he passed away and when that day came, they were very kind, professional and loving to our family. Bobbie and Hallie were very kind and respectful to my dad when they came to get him and to our family when they took him. I'd like to thank Tara, Barb and the whole staff for everything they did for us from beginning to end. They are the best!
