When our beloved aunt died unexpectedly in June we contacted three different funeral homes. One never got back to us and one seemed completely overwhelmed, but Elemental responded quickly, professionally, and with compassion. This continued through all the work that attends a death. My brothers and I were moved by Hannah's gentle and respectful care transferring Aunt Kathy's body. We were amazed by Sabrina's expert handling of all the administrative work including filing the death certificate, notifying Social Security and Medicare, dealing with the prepaid plan from another state, sending us an aftercare checklist, keeping us constantly updated, and much more. We were touched by Heather's kindness when we at last picked up the ashes. Elemental supported our family with grace at a difficult time. Highly recommend.

We needed a straightforward cremation, and Elemental was great. They have a set, up-front price for a basic cremation and the only added cost was copies of death certificates, which is a state charge anyway. Even though their price was very reasonable, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional, giving me all the information I needed. Sabrina was the funeral director I worked with. For obvious reasons I'd rather not use them again, but if the need arose I would definitely call them first.

I needed to use Elemental Cremation & Burial twice within a year. Sabrina Bradley, the Funeral Director, handled all of the arrangements so beautifully. When the first death happened, I was so grief filled I initially made mistake providing some personal details. Once we figured it out, Sabrina gracefully took care of fixing it. I was so happy with the service; I used Elemental again for a friend of mine with no US blood relatives. She worked with his European relatives who had to authorize the cremation. I'm so grateful I found Elemental. I'll just add that their Lake Union offices are so convenient.
