Try calling the number that they have before you even ask a question they will tell you to call during working hours. From. The get go we told them that my fathers cremated remains will be taken over seas to the Philippines so we need the paper works for international shipping, she said they know how to do it guess what papers came out and we are trying to get it to the consulate for necessary permits and there is no notarization which is needed for international shipments of remains. We called them and they made us pay 50$ to get a copy of notarized one without any certainty on when we will get it. We finally got it yesterday something that they could have done the same day so we can meet the deadline, but nope they will sit on that and basically make you beg. Till now we are trying to get my father here, because of the delays that it caused us. They just want your money after that your just another number so go somewhere else with your love one.
