OMG from the first day I called, I could hear the compassion in Mr. Ford voice. As I start calling I would call to speak to Mrs Ford, she was the very same way! Compassionate and heartwarming during the entire process. I know I called almost everyday but Mrs. Ford never seemed like I was getting on their nerves lol Their price is very reasonable and they explain everything to the tee! I want to thank them both from the top and bottom of my heart! We were soooo nervous that my cousin which is like my son wasn't going to look the same, Mr. Ford did an excellent job! Justin mom said he need to b a surgeon :) Justin looked like he was sleeping! Thank yall from me, his mother Rosalina and my entire family! May God continue to rain many blessings yall way!

My mother passed away on a Monday. I called the funeral home that same day to attempt to make arrangements. Mrs. Ford instructed me to go home and rest and to come the next day. She knew what I needed and was very insightful and compassionate. My mother suffered with Alzheimer's for years so she was robbed of her beauty. When I say Edmund Ford had her gorgeous! That brought me immense comfort. Their pricing is reasonable as well. I highly recommend their services.
