We had a family member unexpectedly pass. Tony was so patient helping us look up information and filled out all the forms on his computer. The price was the most reasonable in town and Rosie was so helpful with getting us an appointment and quoting us over the phone quickly. They even filed the paperwork with the VA and got us a flag even though we couldn’t find the discharge papers ourselves. They made this hard process very easy and I highly recommend them.

Bad location in tweaker investment streets, staff is terrible they seem to not care or be completely rude , there payment system sucks and crshed on us and made us wait 2 hours and then also almost double charged us on our fees , we had some dude named Jonny he seems cool but even something seemed off also when they split my brothers ashes they did a rush pour job and had ash on the box terrible people trying feed off misfortune of others

I made arrangements to days before the death of my father-in-law upon his death they did not answer the telephone and it's going on 5 hours and there's supposed to be a 24-hour company absolutely horrible would never go through them again and I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I am completely disgusted with the way they do business and treat people
