Honestly, I never thought that I would be in search of funeral services within a five month period, but I was. Our family was faced with the death of our “Ma” in June and in November, we lost our Dad. 2021 was a difficult year for our family, but we found someone to lean on when we phoned the Eaton Funeral Home. From the very start, Skip was empathetic and so very helpful as we navigated the funeral process. His expertise was truly appreciated as we planned services for our parents. I think that the thing that I appreciated most was Skip’s and his team’s sensitivity to what we were going through. There was no pressure to make choices quickly; we were given options and plenty of time to “think about” how we wanted to honor our parents. Skip gave us the impression that he truly cared about our losses (He did!) and that he was there to get us through these tough times. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and guidance during this past year.

The folks at Eaton Funeral Home (and in particular, Kevin Greene), were kind and so helpful in the planning of my mother's funeral arrangements. They took care of so many of the details and were meticulous in every decision made on our behalf. I really can't say enough about how easy they made this difficult process and were available almost immediately with a response to our requests. They clearly are dedicated to their work.

Eaton Funeral Home is in fact located at 1351 Highland Ave. as found on Google Maps so the previous review is inaccurate. It is unfortunate that someone would rate a business based not on experience but on the information from a web site that has nothing to do with the business.
