I have to say that Eaton Funeral Services were wonderful to work with after my dad passed. They came and removed his body at a timely manner. Kevin met with us later that day. I like that they had their pricing online and we made our decisions before we arrived. We told him what we wanted for our dad, filled out the necessary paperwork, and we're finished within an hour. All of the staff we met were very calm, friendly and did not push us in buying services or products we were not interested in for our father. I would highly recommend anyone using their services in your time if need.

Very distressing experiences with Eaton’s. The person who came to pick up my husband’s body drove up with rock music blaring, in the middle of the night. The person who called me a few days later to make arrangements didn’t even say ‘I’m sorry for your loss’ or anything indicating there had been a death- just went to the business of asking questions; asked 3 times if we were legally married. The third time I asked why he kept asking, he didn’t answer. When I went to sign the paperwork they had me down as the daughter, not wife. Instead of reprinting paperwork they just scratched it out with a pen. When I shared that the person who called me had been rude, the man became very angry, saying that wasn’t possible. The actual building is very run down and in disrepair (see photos). Everything about the experience was awful. Not at all what one would hope after losing a loved one.

I am using Eaton Family Funeral to get my Dad's ashes done. This company is so wonderful and gracious. They explained what needed to get done and how. They are all so kind. And almost 4 years ago my friend lost her son. Used Eaton and they were so good to her and allowed her to use the funeral home for his memorial. Such amazing human beings. Very much will continue to let everyone I know this is a good place for a sad occasion. Thank you Eaton family funeral. I am eternally grateful for everything.
