Whatever you do, when you call, ask to speak to someone who can listen and not make excuses. Mr Norton, I would suggest you teach your receptionist how to be more polite when she answers the phone, but after listening to you scream at me for 5 minutes, I know why she's the way she is. I sincerely hope people investigate your business more thoroughly before they use you.

When you lose someone you love that alone is devastating. Mr. Alan Norton showed our family great compassion wisdom and kindness. In the darkest days of my life this kind gentleman helped us plan our arrangements, showed compassion to all members of the family and in the end even tried to divert us from our pain with some extremely corny jokes. His kindness, professionalism, compassion and wonderful sense of humor helped us get through some dark days. Added to that, his strong faith helped us to keep looking up. This is not an easy job, but Mr. Norton managed to do it with grace and kindness. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of funeral services for a loved one.
