We had an excellent experience with Dwyer for my mom’s wake and funeral. Everyone we worked with was super professional while at the same time warm and kind. Rebecca was incredibly responsive and walked me through all the costs and options in a clear and forthright way. I never felt I was being sold more than I wanted and the final cost was reasonable. I felt like I had a team on my side at a difficult time. Reading other comments I’m surprised by people’s issues with responsiveness. I had calls returned very quickly and Rebecca answered emails promptly. Very happy with the service we received and highly recommend. Steve and Rob were so kind, professional, and gentle during the toughest moments.

My family has gone through Dwyer Funeral Home many times over the years for funeral services and they were very friendly, caring, and a did a great job. But this most recent experience has been absolutely SICKENING. We lost my uncle in May after a short battle with cancer. For starters they messed up the videos and never added photos they agreed to add and the videos were poorly placed during the services and barely anyone knew they were even there and many didn’t see them, including myself. They have extremely poor communications, they do NOT get back to you even after MULTIPLE calls and e-mails and even showing up to their door step. It took over 2 months for my mother, his son and his fiancé to receive his ashes and months later there was still no word on where the urns and necklaces were that were already paid for. My mother even called the company who makes the urns and necklaces and they had no record of anything being back ordered like Dwyers claimed that they were. Nothing like feeling like your family has been robbed and pushed off during your time of need and mourning. DO NOT use this place. Funeral care is supposed to provide support during these difficult times and it’s been nothing but a constant battle. ZERO stars.

This is a professional run funeral home. They helped with every detail making the passing of our Mother easier by helping guide us through the process. No up sell pressure just the guidance to give your loved one what they might have wanted in and end of life celebration. The video they produced of my Mothers life was a beautiful touch. All we had to do was supply pictures of her life. (50-60) We had to wait a week to be able to have family travel and were concerned about the viewing. They prepared her in a way that made our last visual memory of her a positive and beautiful one. They are respectful, passionate and sincere. Our Mother passed at her house. When they came to take her from us they gave us all the time we needed to be comfortable at a very emotional time. Thank you Dwyer Funeral Home.
