Iles Funeral Home was there for us when we needed their comfort and guidance the most. After loosing my father in a tragic accident overseas, Iles was at the top of their game in not only assisting in all planning of the arrangements, but most importantly getting my father back home which was a very complicated legal ordeal. Iles lead all communication with the entities overseas, and helped us in every single step - of which there were many. The single biggest compliment I can give Iles - and especially Cheyenne - was the communication. I have never had such clarity and excellent communication start to finish with any other business I've ever dealt with, all emails, calls, texts, etc were replied to instantly. It is the type of business you hope you never have to seek out, but when you do I cannot recommend anybody else but Iles.

Oh goodness, I’d never lost a close loved one before and I did not know where to even start. Randy and his staff did everything and attended to every detail. They thought about things that had not crossed our minds. The day of the service, we didn’t not have to try to corral or lead anything. And even more impressive, they took photos of all the flower arrangements and cards and printed them to place in the book, that also contained the guest register. They provided veterans honors when we did not even think about asking for it. Randy waited patiently and even made suggestions when we could not organize our thoughts well enough to come up with a verse or scripture for the bulletin. And Barbara lovingly and patiently a lot of time making changes to the service pamphlet so it was just perfect. Highest recommendation. .

From start to finish they have been top shelf in service. My wife passed rather suddenly and we were in a total state of shock and chaos. The folks at Ile’s were extremely supportive and listened to what my wife and I wanted. I could not have entrusted her to a better place. Thank you again.
