The meeting with the funeral home was pleasant, the staff were really nice - except for the day before the funeral - my grandfather had passed away 5 days prior and I had met with the staff. The day before the funeral the rest of family came in to talk with the staff and make sure everything is appropriate for the following day when we could say our last goodbyes - everything was great until I was walking out and I turned around to say thank you to the location manager(Karen i believe is her name) and she dropped my grandfather's ashes all over the floor, and then proceeded to be rude and unprofessional stating that i caused her to drop them by distracting her.... she never once apologized, never once offered to make things right, but made me feel like it was my fault for HER dropping MY grandfather's ashes all over the floor.

My son's funeral was organized and we were informed of every detail. The communication was superb and we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the services Drum Funeral Home-Hickory provided for my mother. Amanda, Billy and the staff were very caring and helpful. They worked with us and guided us through the whole process. Also, they were very respectful and did all that we asked of them. The services here were excellent and it was a blessing. We felt cared about and we wanted to thank all of them so very much.
