I am Doris and very grateful to the funeral home for helping my family and I to send my mother off. The funeral director, Levi, was friendly while also appropriately respectful and empathetic. He described the procedures and paperwork involved with my parent’s cremation as well as the range and prices of accessories (e.g., coffins, urns, memorial objects, etc. ) without any upselling or pressure. In short, I was treated well.
