My father passed away. My children and myself were/are his only living blood and even adopted family he had left. Yet Maresh Meredith seen fit to only give me half of my father's ashes and release the rest to another person without telling us and without permission. That person seen fit to spread my father's ashes without my children and I in secret; to only be released in a Facebook video after the fact on my fathers birthday to hurt us! Once I called and confronted the funeral home it was admitted that the other person was given ashes. I will never forgive this place and will continue to tell everyone I know to stay clear! I asked for one song to be played on his video just one and it was also ignored. The funeral home also gave all the cards from the box contanining money to the same person who stole the ashes who was not actually family! My children and I never seen a dime of it. Futhermore we were forced to take a loan from the person they gave it to, as I had to get my children back home and to school in different states. We did not even know until after we signed to take the loan that this happened and people had put money in cards to help us. Money we never seen a dime of. Friends asked us after if we got the cards and money and if it helped, to which I knew nothing about! Also if your thinking the person who they listened too and stole my father's ashes, cards and extra funeral items paid for the funeral, you'd be wrong and incorrect. To the funeral home: pay better attention to whom the family members actually are, listen to them first; especially if the older louder people are not paying you! I was trying to grieve and had no one protecting me as my father was the last of our family. You scared my children and I for life by giving my father's ashes to someone who had no right to them what so ever! We told you not to release them to anyone but me his daughter! Furthermore you allowed us to believe we had all of his ashes until I had to see them being spread on a video on Facebook without my children & I present or invited. I can not even begin to explain the pain you have caused us. We feel very betrayed and heartbroken. This was just the start of our nightmare.

TOM WAS GREAT!! compassion ,sincere, listener, and a great guy. My step dad died and he did a really good job. Brought my step dad over 3 hrs to his grave. Thanks for everything

My husband Steve passed away in March 2023. We worked with Duke, Tom, Joe and Charlie. They all were very respectful compassionate and helpful while we planned and executed the service and internment. We had a beautiful service- everything we asked for and it was perfect. They helped us plan and navigate through the process and were available to answer questions and be of assistance even weeks after it’s conclusion. Can’t say enough good things about them!
