Having a loved one pass away so unexpectedly and far away was a terrible experience. I called the Douglas and Johnson Funeral Home and they immediately took all the details and my family was gently told to worry about nothing. While my family, which is scattered across this country grieved, the staff at Douglas and Johnson took care of everything. Paul and the staff at Douglas and Johnson were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, made everything easy for us and were so quick to respond with any request made. Paul went over and above on everything. This was a very hard time for my family and he made such a difference. The wake/service were perfect. My Dad would have been so pleased. We live out of town and had to arrange services for my brother-in-law over the phone. Susan went above and beyond to help with everything, she must have made an extra dozen or more calls all over the place to get information and get everything arranged.
