I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by Donald Trimble Mortuary, specifically by the funeral director, Michael. My family was already going through a difficult time dealing with a financial hardship when we approached the funeral home for assistance. Instead of offering support and understanding, Michael was unhelpful and indifferent to our situation. It was only when we informed Michael that we were considering going to another funeral home that he reluctantly agreed to assist us. However, to our dismay, at that point, Donald Trimble Mortuary added unexpected fees for moving our loved one's remains, further adding to our financial burden during an already stressful time. The lack of empathy and willingness to exploit our vulnerable state by Donald Trimble Mortuary is unacceptable and disgraceful. I would strongly advise anyone in a similar situation to seek out a more compassionate and ethical funeral service provider. My family's experience with Donald Trimble Mortuary was nothing short of disappointing and disheartening.

Shadawna Holsting is the person who everyone is pointing fingers at. I've spoke Miss. Shirley several times in reference to this donation request for our non profit organization Truckers Safety Supply and Support Fleet Incorporated in which we are trying to give back to the veterans in that atlanta area of low income. We spoke with HR who has done her part as well. We just dying waiting on a response. It's been well.over 8 month's. No response no donation. They do know I'm a member of NAACP as well. Still we wait.

This funeral Home refused to give us our brother's death certificate that we PAID FOR. My brother and i was told multiple lies about the death certificate. First I was told that it was sent to the Funding company. Then I was told it was sent to the Funding company and the Funding company sent it to the Insurance company. Then I was told it was sent straight to the Insurance company by the Director. I called the Funding company and they stated that they didn't receive it because death certificates are not sent to them. I then contacted the Insurance company and they stated that they never received it, only a faxed copy. The Insurance company also mentioned that they send all death certificates that are sent to their office back to the family. We paid $25 for our brother's death certificate and I do not understand why Donald Trimmble Funeral Home refuses to give it to us. I feel they are trying to make future profit from it. At the end of the day, this Funeral Home will lose far more than that $25 that they think they had gained. All my family and friends do not plan do do any future business with them.
