I am a funeral director from out of the area and have worked with this location several times to provide help for my own family. Facility is clean and updated; staff kind and accommodating; body presentation was good(my mother had been sick for many years and she looked very good after their care) Will use again if the need arises

Poorly organized. Little and vague direction during service. Charged an extra $595.00 in middle of service fo extra space we did not ask for. No paper towels in men’s restroom for 2 hours. Had to ask at least 2 times. Family been using D.O. McComb funeral homes since 1977. What happened!? Just a few of many complaints that we have. All was brought to their attention and given constructive criticism in hopes no other family goes through this. We will take our beloved elsewhere. 6/6/2021 A follow up to my review. You will see someone gave info for me to contact them to resolve some issues we had. I tried to numerous times. I had another family member do the same. Always came back undeliverable. We sent donations envelope for a different family to D.O. McComb and son that was mistakenly with ours. I hope that family received it. Our funeral director was also given our concerns thru a different associate, and followed up twice. She never reached out to us either.
