The entire staff was very compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process of handling my dad's services. Kent was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we wanted and needed to make this special for my father. Jackie was very attentive and compassionate for the funeral service which went perfectly. Mary was so very kind and helpful and so were all of the staff that helped us thru this difficult time. My family is so very grateful for everything. We all agree that we picked the perfect place to work with. Thank you all❤️

My families experience with Divine Mercy Funeral Home in Ft Wayne, IN, was excellent. The people we worked with showed compassion and professionalism, they were also very helpful and personal. Dick Koschnick, was so helpful, he laughed with us and showed sincere sympathy with the passing of our family memeber, he was so easy to work with. Everything was addressed and every question answered, when we had additional questions after the funeral they were addressed immediately.
