I am not sure how the Bath funeral home is, but I can tell you that I was less than impressed with the funeral home staff in the Brunswick location. My family was there for the passing of a family member. Upon entering the funeral home for the wake, the staff member was located in her office the entire time on Facebook rather than holding the door or assisting the customer. At 7PM exactly she came out of her office and proceeded to grab the urn like a football and walk off. We still had 25 guests or so at the service. My wife was extremely upset at not getting to say goodbye personally to her family member. The staff member's excuse was that she had to be back at 9AM to go to the church for the service there. IT IS YOUR JOB TO DO THAT. The following day at the church, I approached the same staff member and asked if we could move the urn to a separate room so that my wife and some other family members could have one on one time. We were told that there was no room available in the church. I brought up 2 places and she said, No it can't be there. Finally another staff member, who only came for the church service stepped in and assisted me. He was very professional and assisted me the way I believe a funeral director should.
