I had pre-arranged my mother' s service. I am so glad I did. Two days before my mother passed, I got a call about my grandson having a cardiac arrest and is pretty much brain dead. The day my mother passed, Lane picked her up and allowed me to come right away to the funeral home to finish details, knowing I had to leave town right away. We then communicated through email to do additional details. He kept me updated on my mother's cremation. When I arrived back home, everything continued with her service without any difficulties. I don't know what I would ha e done without their patience and understanding. They still continue to check on me and offered grief services. These people are professional, knowledgable, and very caring. Abiveall, these folks are human, which allows them to be of any assistance in ant situation.
