My experience with this funeral home was the worst a mother could have ever imagined. If you’re a family member that truly loved and cared about your loved one I suggest looking otherwise. Beginning from the phone conversations the women were very rude and impatient. I am a 25 y/o women that 2 month old son died and you would think some of these people would understood common courtesy. Speaking to you with tones and attitudes had me question if the devil ran this place. I understand they lack professionalism but they also lack empathy. The only friendly person that worked there was the young black man that handled my son funeral. Secondly, on the day of our son funeral the limo driver behavior was unacceptable. He acted as if he had something better to do. While we were at my son services he acted like a hyena shouting and rushing us to finish until one of his co workers asked him to settle down. Rudely interrupting our last goodbye to my son as if we were not already grieving. Thirdly, the placement of my baby in the casket was handled poorly. He was slouching not even properly sat up, careless. Lastly, after months of the funeral being completed they delivered me a death certificate for my son with my name misspelled on it. Can you understand how devastating that can be during your time of grieving? This place was and will never be my first choice. The choice of this funeral home was not in my idea since I was not in my right mind and grieving and all. After receding on going months of therapy I thought I should share this message.
