If I could leave him no stars I would. He is very unprofessional and doesn't get things done. He is very very rude! He yelled and screamed at me when I asked if I could come and pick my uncles ashes up. It took my family and I calling around just to get my uncles death certificate signed because he was just sitting around not caring about anything! It's very upsetting to already be going through loosing a loved one and to have him yell and scream at me with my kids right beside me. Don't not go to this funeral home. He plays nice in person but when you call, he will be rude and yell at you!

David Russell Funeral Home is the best best that my family has ever dealt with. I highly recommend them! The death of a loved one is possibly the most difficult trial that we can face in life. Your ability to deal with the pain, struggle, and confusion that ensues is only as strong as your support network. David Russell Funeral Home (Scott, Stevie, and the Team) held my family's hand through one of our darkest hours. We had a lot of questions and they thoroughly explained EVERYTHING to us. They became our family's advocates, looking out for our interests, making sure that our loved one received the dignified final chapter that is so rare today. Funeral Homes have a reputation for being like used car lots. Looking to scam people in their moments of need. We went into this process with our guard up, ready to push back against the Funeral Industry's all-to-common predatory practices. We were pleasantly surprised that along the way, without ever compromising on quality, Stevie and Scott, constantly looked for ways to make our funeral budget go as far as possible. They kept on assuring us that, "we're in this together" and "your family is our family". Those weren't just kind words from them, they were actions. The last thing want to say is that Stevie and Scott are masters of the entire Funeral Process. They're detail-oriented, experienced, and excellent communicators. Their biggest driver is a passionate love for people. It's the animating force for everything they do.

Sorry this is gonna be a long one. I have to share a short story so that way you can understand Why This Office is so special to me and my family. It was my father's final days. I had looked up the office that had taken care of my mother. On that office's website it was stated that they offer prepaid services. I made an appt. I went and spoke to someone and got all the prices together to pick up my dad and fly him out to CT. I took out my credit card and the person I was speaking with tells me that they do not offer prepaid services. I popped up their website and showed where it said that. They proceeded to tell me that what they gave me was an estimate. It could be more or less. When the day comes call us and we will take it from there. The sad day came. I called them and their response was that they had 4 funerals at the moment and day but can see me the next day. I was gone. My aunt told me to call David Russell Funeral home. That was The Best Choice I Made. I called, they saw me within an hour, heard me out, let me cry and they took care of everything. They put on dads favorite clothes socks shoes and blanket. Each and everyone was Awesome Professional and Loving. They explained everything word for word. All my questions were answered and they stayed true to their word. They were even less than the first place. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs. Thank you Ladies and Gentleman. You made everything less stressful.
