You can feel the gentle compassion in just the few words necessary for the situation. The room was beautiful. Nice lighting & comfortable seating. Cvach took care of my grandmother's arrangements several years ago, and they did a beautiful job with everything, even played a beautiful Czech/Slovak song during the service because. We had not asked them to do that, but they found the music in her honor and played it. It was very touching.
