As I write this review for the Charles Zeiler funeral home, I explain it with my true feelings from my heart on behalf of my family. My Nana is currently laid out in the home and we could not be happier with where she is laid-out, especially with the Zeiler family taking such good care of her in preparation of the viewings and funeral proceedings. For many, many years our family has always trusted the Zeiler family to provide extremely tasteful and truly caring service through difficult times. Our family trusts them implicitly as we have also had family members and friends who have also been there as well in the past. They are a class-act and know how to make the process of giving a loved-one a very special ceremony with beautiful rooms along with a very courteous and knowledgeable staff. So, we could not be more satisfied to write this review in hopes of others taking the time to read so they too can have the confidence and comfort in choosing the right funeral home to have their family or friends cared for during a time of celebration of ones’ life. It makes all the difference in the world to have the BEST and most professional staff that make it special and memorable. I recently had the pleasure to help with the renovations to the Zeiler funeral home on Eastern Ave. When I first arrived to assess my task, it was evident the home needed a "facelift". When I can back several weeks later to finish my work by installing the custom shutters on the windows, I was amazed by the transition. Dignity Memorial spared no expense to make this a beautiful and inviting place for your loved ones' celebration of life. Warm and really home like, they made this the standard for what a funeral home should be in the 21st century.

Zeiler & Son handled my dad's pre-arrangements, he was very particular about what he wanted, he just wanted something simple, quick and affordable and they were able to give him exactly what he wanted . My dad passed 11/8/20, Zeiler carried out my dads pre-arranged wishes to the tee without a single issue, the organization exceeded our expectations.
