My experience with Veronica and Gerard, the owner, at Anderson Morgan was truly exceptional. After reaching out to other funeral homes following my father's passing, I encountered a lack of empathy, poor customer service, and exorbitant pricing. At Anderson Morgan, I was relieved to find no attempts to upsell or add unnecessary services. I opted for the Funeral Mass and Burial package, which thoughtfully included both the casket and the hearse. Their professionalism and care throughout the entire process were remarkable. I am profoundly grateful for the positive experience and the considerate care I received, which made this challenging time much easier for my family and me. On the day of the burial, Veronica and the respectful team members who transported my father were incredibly considerate and ensured everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Anderson Morgan and will certainly use their services again in the future.

My family's experience seems to be after the new owners took over based on the difference between our experience and the experience of some of the other reviewers. My family had come here for many many years since before I was even born, when it was Columbian, but thankfully did not have the need again for several years. My Dad passed January 2024 and we had an as wonderful experience as you can dealing with something no one ever wants to go through. We dealt with Sarah mostly and she is a great person. Not just great at what she does professionally, but a great person overall. She did not push for any upsells and did everything exactly as we wanted. She kept in touch along the way and she made the day go smoothly. Additionally my Dad had some extensive damage to his face from skin cancer and we thought we would need to do a closed casket. Whomever reconstructed the parts of my dad's face that needed it did a seamless job. Thank you Sarah, Gerard and to everyone else that worked on the services that day.

Reading reviews and I see no apologies to any of these people! Just it’s been remodeled! I was looking around to get some more information on someone I knew and my heart goes out to all of you who brought a loved one here! Even if new owners or whomever you could have at least extended condolences! Something would have been better than nothing! You’re just as bad as the others who wee responsible for them suffering and hurting further! You don’t belong in death care! If it’s worth anything I’m sorry and my condolences to all of you for your loss and the disgusting treatment and responses ❤️
