Fred Whiteley took the time to answer all my questions, answered all my calls and explained the process. At the last hour, he even helped prepare a beautiful memorial video of my mom. He made sure the process ran smooth without any interruptions. The facilities and the staff were superb. At the viewing Fred made sure that the family was comfortable and that we were satisfied with all the preparations. Strange to write a review on a funeral home but I was very impressed with the director. My RV broke down and this was the closest lot to the Parkway exit. I called to inform I would just be there a bit and he responded with such empathy I had to write a review. He said I am not in the way and stay as long as you need to get your vehicle fixed. He even offered me a ride if I needed. Was able to fix and get on road but what compassion!
