We have pre-planned our funerals with Cromes-Edwards and it was very affordable and easily handled by the staff there. My Father's was pre-planned and Erik walked us thru the plans my Father had with them. It was so easy knowing my Father had made his choices and it was paid in full. We have done the same for our children. Death is hard, but having everything figured out ahead of time certainly makes it easier. This staff is kind and easy to work with. The Cromes-Edwards team went above and beyond for us in a very tough time, and with very short notice. We contacted them a few days before our mother passed and they were so understanding and kind from the start. When we wanted to add some things in her obituary that we initially forgot, they took care of it very quickly. When the time came for them to get her, they handled her with care and respect. They answered our many questions, and walked us through how to handle things even when we had nothing planned ahead of time. Having a crematorium on site made things go quickly so we could have closure. They have a truly exceptional team there that works with you to ensure a difficult time is made as easy on the family as possible, with kindness and compassion, and they go well beyond what one would expect. They’re an amazing team of people who provide a sense of calm when it’s needed most.

My father passed away on a Saturday night late and since we had already contacted Cromes-Edwards a few days earlier they made an appointment to talk to us the following day. Jeremy did an excellent job explaining what they offer. He helped us set up a nice farewell to my Dad even in the midst of the pandemic. He took care of all the necessities to make sure we had the paperwork to cremate him and to lay him to rest within days. Since they have a crematorium on their property it only took a few days from start to finish! That is a plus! I highly recommend them!
