Our family was shocked by the sudden passing of a loved one, but the patience and understanding that Ben Zimmerman showed our family was outstanding!! It truly felt like he was a part of our family, gently guiding us and helping as we all were still in a state of shock. Not only that, he was able to help us personalize the obituary video and memorial service to the point where it felt wonderful being able to honor his spirit and talents of this earthy world.
