Place is so rude and no way would I ever recommend anyone to send there love ones here. This place was awesome and so caring when Jerry was over it. Now that the son has it, horrible service. Had to keep calling and calling for death certificate, videos, and other things. Never received the pictures that was used. Never would return phone calls and never got a video, was told they don't do them anymore after the fact. And never received death certificate ordered them online which was more money.

My mothers service was there this past May, my siblings and I ordered jewelry with her thumb print and ashes. We were told then that we would have them in 10 days. Now, four and a half months later we still haven’t received those items. The receptionist always tells us “oh call back tomorrow and speak to Andy” well Andy is never available for these calls. Not only has family not received the jewelry that we ordered, her service was also suppose to have been recorded by them. They didn’t inform us until after the fact that they had technical difficulties and were not able to record her service. If they failed to get her fingerprints (this seems like it should be standard?) they need to let us know so that we can close that door of expectation and refund us our money.

4 funerals at this place and each time the obituary is completely messed up. Mis-spelled names, age, and even visitation times have all been incorrect, and that's even after verifying and correcting the information multiple times with the staff. Services are never recorded due to "technical" issues and they now no longer provide copies of the video (music & pictures). Billing and price is also a cause for concern as an itemized bill is non-existent, with a bulk of the charges being "Miscellaneous". No indication of what you're actually paying for and no consistency in prices, which seems to be based on what they feel like charging at that particular time. They will also let ANYONE pick up personal effects and the ashes of your loved ones, including death certificates. It would make sense that whoever paid for the service is responsible for gathering these but that is not the case here. Just say you're related and you can do whatever you want, doesn't even matter if you're not a relative. This place is either shady or downright incompetent. It would probably be significantly cheaper to contact the crematorium directly and held the service at home, or even in a rented public venue. Oh, they also insist that embalming is necessary for cremation. It's not.
