Saying goodbye to a loved one is a difficult process. Respect, compassion, and experience are tantamount in addition to entrusting someone to alleviate the burden. My father recently passed and the staff at Ott Laughlin Winter Haven exuded all of the above. There was very little work needed on our end and every question and concern was promptly addressed by Robert. The service was also beautiful and perfectly orchestrated to showcase Dad’s life. Thank you, Jessica and team, for the flawless execution; Dad would have approved. Valerie and Floyd were so helpful the day of, offering assistance while delicately allowing us to grieve. And a tremendous thanks to Robert and George for their tireless effort and sincerity. This team was kind throughout the entire process and brought our family much solace.
