Excellent! 5 stars! When my father died, I had a terrible experience at the cremation place I chose. They sold me expensive urns, were not transparent with the prices and were not that sympathetic in our time of need. When my mom passed away, I was worried that I would have a similar experience and I did my research looking at reviews. Cremation Green had excellent reviews so I decided to use them. I had called around and they were the most pleasant and helpful on the phone of any of the other businesses. My mom passed away in my home And they came and were so professional and lovely to deal with. They made the process super easy with the website and when I needed help filling out forms, I texted them and they immediately responded. They were soft and kind, which is what you need during these hard moments. I paid for the UPS delivery and the mortuary Director actually came out personally to hand-deliver my mother. She was so lovely and sweet. This is erased my past bad memory of my father’s cremation. Appreciate them so much!
