Jim with Austin Cremations was absolutely wonderful from start to finish as he guided our family through a very difficult time. He was professional, caring, responsive, and kind. He made our overall experience easier to bear, and he was extremely conscientious and thoughtful at all times. He answered all of our questions thoroughly as he walked us through the process and was a very supportive resource. We used Austin Cremations back in 2020 when my dad passed, and we elected to use their services again for my mom in September. Our two experiences were four years apart, yet both were exceptional.
