Our family has used Crawford for years. They have always been good to us. Caring ,compassionate, helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. I had very personal experience when my husband passed and they went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful with all I was going thru. They didn't rush me through everything and picking out everything for my husband They took as much time as I needed. I will be forever grateful for all the employees Each one treated me like family

Couldn't afford a proper funeral for my mom, just a cremation, but they did allow a viewing, which is why 2 stars instead of one, but they left her in a state of rigor mortis, doing nothing to make her look even remotely decent. They tossed a sheet over her & I wondered why the sheet was tented: it was her arms and legs sticking up in the air. Her face looked like something out of a horror film. It'd been better if they hadn't let us have a viewing. I still have nightmares over 16 yrs later, to the point that I'm writing this after all this time. They didn't greet us or talk to us beyond making arrangements, much less offer condolences. If you're paying them for an actual funeral, they're so sweet sugar wouldn't melt in their mouths, but if you can't afford a funeral, they treat you and your deceased loved one like little more than trash. I understand they're a business & making money is their goal, but that doesn't excuse treating the deceased poorly.

This a great funeral home my family has dealt with them for many many years. I personally only got the pleasure to deal with them until this past week. They had the up most respect for our loved one an was so understanding an patient during this difficult time. Treated me as family an was greeted each an every time with sincere kindness an respect thank you Crawford-crim for everything!
