This place was a joke and gave nothing but heartache to my daughter's trying to cremate their father.. they let another family member come up to pick up their father's personal belongings. When it was stated that one of my daughters would be notified to pick up the personal belongings. Then after their father was cremated they put the wrong name on the urn if it really was the right ashes but I guess that we can't bicker over that now. And then last but not least we waited almost 3 months for the death certificate which was supposed to be mailed to daughter number one but instead was mailed to daughter number 2 so it seems to me at no point in time did this funeral home take any steps to follow the family's wishes

Rick was amazing at dealing with my family during a very tragic time. He helped on a short notice and walked me through the whole process step by step. In communication and super compassionate. Highly recommend.

My father was taken care of here. We live in Michigan. Rick made sure we got everything taken care of without me having to travel to the funeral home to make arrangements. We loved the beautiful urns we got too. Thank you so much for helping us out.
