The hardest thing in life for any parent is to have to bury their child. Our children are supposed to bury us. Turk Memorial Chapel was my only choice. No funeral home in Cleveland or anyone can touch the work that this man and his family has done. Turk made me feel as if my loved one was the only one that mattered. And then they went above and beyond to make my sons Homegoing Celebration absolutely beautiful. Every little detail about his life they put into their presentation and I can’t thank them enough. As far as I’m concerned those are “Lil Derrick’s” aunts and uncles now. It was never about money with them. All they cared about was honoring our loved one as best as they could and they delivered. Everything was beautiful. The staff were very supportive, caring, and all out great people. When I cried they cried, and some of their tears came before mines. When I tell you how beautiful my experience was I have to start by mentioning how outstanding Mr.Turk and his team were for my family. I mean I felt like I was surrounded in support. I can also say after my experience planning my dad’s funeral. They made it 1000 times easier to deal with the hardship. Down to the details, generous surprises, the service, and obituary edits. They did so good presenting my father to us that I couldn’t cry for long, because they made him appear so nicely. We were pleased with the presentation of grandma and especially loved the special touches.
