From start to end all the employees treated us with respect and most of all patients. These are the people that bring dignity back to death. You know your loved one was cared for as if it was their own. We were accommodated with even our slightest wishes, I like the thing, the management and the people who work there and make the funeral home a more pleasant place.

We lost our sweet baby at 11 months to an accident drowning. The entire staff at Coral Ridge funeral home we’re so kind, compassionate, caring, loving. We felt so taken care of. And what they did for us was amazing. I wish I was able to give 10 stars.

the new funeral home itself looks very nice. the Funeral director is a very nice woman. I was not thrilled with the man in charge of the cemetery. He ignored my question of cost 3 times and wasted an hour of our time. had he listen to us in the first place he would not have gone through the sales pitch of trying to persuade us to buy something that was way over our budget. be wary of where you place your loved ones. the cemetary most times looks unkempt. The letters and numbers are sadly missing from MANY and i mean A LOT of the Mausoleum and cremation niches! very sad indeed. The groundsmen are unkempt, rude and need to wear a belt at the very least. during the burial i wasnt prepared to see plumbers butt. there should be in some kind of uniform to look somewhat professional. these men were responsible for placing our loved ones cremains in a niche. standing on an old Rickety piece of equipment that did not look safe they remove the marble slab and The slab next to it almost fell off! it looked like they didn't know what they were doing, and it also looked very unsafe ! the table that we placed our earn on for our family gathering was so wobbly that at any moment a stiff wind could come and knock the table off, spilling everything onto the ground when I brought this to the attention of one of the groundsman his response was "well I wouldn't sit on it". not the type of response you would expect at a solemn time such as this toward the family. let's face it, you're spending a lot of money. It's a highly emotional moment and things should be handled professionally. They didn't even have the flowers out when we arrived my sister had to go into the funeral home and ask them to put the flowers out on the rickety table that was supposed to hold the urn of my brothers ashes. coral ridge needs to clean up its act. seriously.
