We initially met with the Cremation representative at a fine restaurant who gave us all the information both verbally and in writing. My husband and I then discussed are options and called the representative who came to our home which I thought was very convenient. We asked questions that had come up in our discussion with each other and she was able to answer them all. We received our cards in the mail and feel good about the decision we have made.
