The staff at the Congo Funeral Home are absolutely amazing! My family and I recently worked with the funeral home and the staff that were assigned to my family (Jakai, Sheyquon, Helena, Val) were awesome. The communication was great and you could tell they are passionate about what they do. They were detail oriented and did a great job comforting our family during this difficult time. This last month has been one of the hardest months of my life with the unexpected passing of my brother Demetrius L. Hall. As a result, I entrusted Congo Funeral Home with my brother’s remains and service. I can truly say that the Congo Funeral staff (Max, Val, Karen, Candace, Trippi and others along with their affiliates did a phenomenal job with the preparations for Demetrius’ Celebration of Life Service. Everyone was very professional, attentive, and caring during the planning of the service and during the Celebration of Life. From the flowers, to the programs, book marks, to the service itself with every aspect was simply wonderfully done and helped us to celebrate and remember the life of my brother! From my heart, THANK YOU for meeting every request and for working in a spirit of true excellence! Joybells are still ringing in my soul!
