Within minutes after I had called asking what the processes were when an elderly family member passed at home..... Sam came to me, explained the processes, made the needed phone calls, and stayed with me until everything was taken care of. The entire staff made our family feel welcomed and at ease while making the arrangements. The services went well, and we were very pleased with how things were handled. I would highly recommend doing business with Jamie and Sam. My mom had pre-planned her funeral about 28 years before her passing. They were able to abide by her wishes and plans, even to the point of transporting her from Tennessee. Everyone on staff were very polite and considerate of our feeling and time taking good care of me and my mom even though we were hours away. They made sure to keep in direct contact with me for all service planning. Leah was amazing with all of her knowledge and help sorting out insurance paperwork.
