Coltrin made our lives peaceful and helped provide caring guidance for my family as I at the unexpected passing of my dad. Kelby and Kyle made things simple for us and went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. The funeral and burial went smoothly and was a great day for us to celebrate my dad. So glad we had them during this hard time.

My father-in-law, Roger Kunz, died in March just at the time the COVID-19 virus was beginning to shut everything down. He had lived at TPAC in Idaho Falls for the last several years. We were fortunate to be able to gather his belongings and say goodbye to the staff there only a day or two before the center was closed to visitors and family. My wife, Maggi, had made arrangements with Coltrin to provide chapel services, cremation, flowers, guidance, transport, and grave side services for her father in Utah. They were well into providing these when the chapel at the Camp Williams Veterans Cemetery was closed and the Utah governor outlawed group gatherings of greater than 10. My wife was at wits end not knowing what to do. Kyle Larsen with Coltrin was an anchor. He brought his vast experience and contacts forward to offer Maggi comfort, and confidence to be more calm and to navigate this precarious time. The services were postponed until July 23rd. Through the gentle help of her extended family, her own experience and training as a social worker, along with the constant kind support and guidance of Kyle at Coltrin, an appropriate and beautiful service took place including military honors at the graveside. We can now enjoy the closure, comfort and peace this has provided. I highly recommend Coltrin and especially, Kyle, without hesitation, to assist and guide you and your family through this, your most difficult time. We are very fortunate to have Coltrin in our community!
