This team will make you feel your best, while going through your worst. With the hardest news of my life I am so thankful I made the best decision of funeral home for my Dad, myself, and my family. Our loss had obstacles that I don’t think I could have navigated without Tina, Josh, and the rest of the Buck-Murphy family. They were helpful, considerate, and went above what they were obligated to do. I will forever be grateful for them. My family and I can not speak highly enough about the service and care, given to us while handling the funeral for my mother. Our contact was primarily with Tina and Josh who were amazing all the way through what was an unusual situation. My mother was 96 and although she was a lifelong resident of Idaho Falls was living in Boise to be near my youngest brother at the time of her death. None of us lived in Idaho Falls and had to deal with the arrangements from 3 totally different geographic locations. We could not be physically present until the day before. Their attention to detail was top notch. Likewise, their facility handled everything from the services to the post service luncheon. Their care and attention for everyone attending was the best. We highly recommend them and this facility.

My situation is quite unique. I have been searching for my long lost brother for 44 years and the staff at Buck Murphy were instrumental in finally solving this mystery. They scoured their records and found the details of my brother's death and shared that information with me. They sat with me one afternoon recently and listened intently as I shared my story and offered further suggestions on how I might find answers to my remaining questions. They stated it was their job to support me in any way possible; it's what they do. I must say I never expected to find such care and compassion from total strangers. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend their services.
