When my partner and only friend died, I turned to Going Home Cremation & Funeral Care because I already have a pre-planned arrangement with them, and they are familiar to me. Working with them truly is a value choice, as I received the bare minimum in communication and compassion. But I cannot complain, as I cannot afford to concern myself with the niceties. Everything they said they'd do, they did, and they did so in a timely manner. For their part, they fulfilled all requirements and promises made. It would have been nice to hear, "my condolences" as I was carrying my little bag out of the facility. It seems as if that sentiment should be on the house.
