Dale McCall was so incredibly sincere and compassionate towards my family. We’ve dealt with other funeral homes in the past and Dale’s service by far exceeded our expectations. We were very thankful to have his guidance through this devastating loss.

Basic cremation services were fine. One would think someone who has been in funeral services as long as Mr Coffelt would know how to handle grieving families..... And how to listen effectively. Nine months after his death, Dad is in an unmarked grave. Me Coffelt didn't listen to what Mom wanted in Sept. He didn't listen then made excuses in Nov. In June, he said he had a 'good relationship' with Mom...... Yet he couldn't see his way to make a headstone the way she wanted it 9 months ago. He should have made this right last year, not dragging his feet until we forced his hand. Do like we did..... Take your business elsewhere. Lakeside is there to help. We had an approved proof within one day. The stone has been ordered and will be set within weeks!

Dale and his family took very good care of my in law and made sure to handle everything with the upmost respect. For that I would highly recommend them. Everything I asked them to do they did and more! Great team that they have there.
