My family and I had one of the most professional, personable and peaceful experiences a family could have during such a difficult time. It was our first time having to deal with losing a loved one and having to plan funeral services. Not only did they make everything seamless here but also with the planning of having my father transported back to his country where he was being laid to rest. Bea was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process up until the day my dad was picked up by the other funeral home. She cared , was so detailed and continued to wow us even after everything was over by following up with us and checking in to see how we were.
