The funeral home was beautiful and clean and everything was great until the day of the funeral. There was absolutely no coordination with the procession from the moment we left the funeral home… the hearse and funeral limos drove with no regard to the line of cars following them. We lost half of our party (many from out of state) who ended up going straight to the cemetery themselves because they got stuck at a light and the procession proceeded without them. Any procession I’ve ever been in, there is an additional usher and/or director who controls the traffic on the main roads to make sure that the party stays together OR they pull over and wait for everyone to rejoin. I have never been in such an unorganized procession and I myself and MANY other family members and friends were very upset because we missed out on passing our loved ones home and it was just unorganized. I also think the bright funeral signs for the mirrors need to be provided because surrounding drivers see them and then let the procession proceed as opposed to just seeing cars flashing and cutting off. I would recommend this funeral home because other than the procession everything was amazing!!
