The staff and services at Daisy Hill Crematory really exceeded my expectation of what our experience would be like. The staff was always very kind, thoughtful, professional and accommodating through the process with our beloved dog Bailey. Steve was available to speak with me in the middle of the night during a weekend when I was looking for direction and reassurance, wanting to have a plan for the care of our sweet girl after she passed, and he was able to provide with me just that. Communication was wonderful. We were updated on the process and reassured that our girl was in great hands. They went above and beyond by making sure we received paw/nose prints and hair clippings that we will forever cherish. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a hard time. Thank you all for taking such great care of our Bailey girl.

I met with Amy Ervin, the Advance Funeral Planner, twice. The first time was to discuss the cremation process and the options I had. Amy was very knowledgeable, explained the procedures well, and helped me fill out the necessary forms. I saw Amy another time to turn in some additions I had made to one of the form’s questions and for Amy to answer a couple more questions of mine that came to mind. Amy was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I chose to have my appointment with her at the Clark Funeral Chapel but, if I would have preferred, she would have met with me at my home. Making funeral arrangements is not a task one looks forward to, but Amy and others at Clark Family Funeral Chapel helped me easily get through the process. I feel a sense of comfort in knowing that my arrangements are made, which will be a great help to my family in the future.

When we lose someone we love, all aspects of the funeral are important, even the smaller details. This was the case for our dad’s funeral. Clark Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service created a memorial folder which honored our dad and beautifully illustrated his legacy. The care and concern given to every detail went beyond our expectations. The process of creating the folder was relatively easy for us as a family. We chose digital photos, favorite scripture and meaningful sayings which were artistically arranged with dates and important information. Our requests were heard by the staff and an absolutely beautiful memorial folder was made. We are grateful for the compassion, kindness and professionalism shown to us during our time of loss.
