Exceptional customer service. From start to finish. The most notable experience: was that I traveled 300 from out of town to attend a celebration of life at this funeral home. My car was experiencing front end problems making it impossible to drive the car back to my point of origin on the same day. The car had been serviced the day before making a long trip to make sure it was roadworthy: oil change tire rotation and alignment. I was under extreme stress trying to find a nearby affordable service center to take care of the car before the end of the day, arrange transportation to the funeral home to not miss the service and be able to return home by the end of day. I was not having success. One of the funeral home attendants, a woman named Faith, offered to help which allowed me to go into the celebration of life and took the burden and worry off of me. At the end of the service she had arranged for two Tires Plus service centers to fit me in on an emergency basis. She was amazing. Accomplished what I could not. Many many thanks to Faith , she saved the day. And gratitude to the entire staff for a most reverent and professional setting and service.

Mr. Davis and team were a pleasure to work with. They handled all of the arrangements with Florida National ensuring that we scheduled visitation and the service to be at the Cemetery on time. They set expectations with us and the pastor. No surprises.

My sister passed last Saturday in ICU at Seven Rivers after a very brief illness. The staff of Charles Davis has been respectful in every aspect of the arrangements. We waited at the hospital until their representative came for her. We then met with both Mr. Davis and Joe on Sunday to plan the arrangements. The prices are fair and at no time were we pressured to spend anything that we did not want to spend. There is a reason that they have successfully been in business for as many years as they have.
