Everything was handled well Great care had been taken with our loved one's body. Their facilities were clean and updated and there was ample space for our family to be together during & between visitations. Our funeral director was readily available and patiently answered our questions (& we had many) throughout the process. The obituary and folders were beautiful and worded well. The day of the funeral, many flower arrangements were carefully brought from the funeral home & arranged nicely in our church foyer & fellowship hall, along with other mementos. Their staff was courteous & caring; available, but not usurping the attention. I cannot say enough good about our experience with Burden Patience Montgomery Funeral Home.

Everyone there was very kind and helpful. Elana and Michelle walked us through everything and explained anything that we didn't understand. Communication was exceptional and they even allowed us to make changes at the last minute. I would use Burden Patience Montgomery again, in fact we discussed pre-planning for my husband and I as well.

I can't express how wonderful and helpful everyone was during this difficult time, especially David who help me with everything and showed so much compassion, I highly recommend burdens-patience , to any family that may need service.
