Patience-Montgomery provided our family with outstanding service and care after the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. They met with us and helped plan out every detail so that the memorial was truly a wonderful tribute and celebration of her life. Since the Casket, Vault, and headstone had been pre-arranged through a Dignity Funeral Home in Florida, Patience-Montgomery coordinated with them for these products to be available for our use here in Michigan. Their attention to detail and professional manner reassured us that all would be handled with great care and we were not disappointed. Patience-Montgomery is highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by Christopher. He was condescending and downright rude when he learned that I was working on paperwork through DHS to help pay for my sister's cremation. It's bad enough that the price was outrageous for merely treating a body with respect before burning, but being talked down to? I will never recommend this funeral home! If Christopher talks to everyone the way he spoke to me, a grieving sister without family to support me through this difficult and confusing time, then I feel sorry for every sad soul he's worked with. Zero stars. Gross handling of surviving family.
